A warm welcome awaits you from the owners of this 17th century farmhouse, that offers peaceful bed and breakfast accommodation just one mile from the historic town of Whitby on the North Yorkshire coast. The farmhouse offers spacious en suite bedrooms, with four poster beds and a luxurious wood panelled room also available. The accomodation is private with secure parking in a traditional farmhouse courtyard. Whether you wish to explore the beauty of the North Yorks Moors National Park or visit the historical port from which Captain James Cook sailed in the Endeavour in his voyages of exploration, this is an ideal base to do it from.

The Coast to Coast walk passes by Whitby Abbey, the home of Saint Hilda, and famous for the 199 steps that the visitor must climb to walk around it. This and many other historic attractions make this a very interesting place to visit at any time of the year. Picture of panelled bedroom with four poster bed
